We started simply, building an assortment planning tool with the core goal of bringing together all own-bought divisions' range plans for the first time, replacing disparate spreadsheets and inconsistent working practices with one centralised view.

Building on a successful partnership.

Our initial roll-out was the most successful implementation Debenhams had seen in years. We built on this success to continue developing new features and enhancing the tool.
