With rapid growth planned in its fashion business, Amazon needed a powerful WSSI with reliable forecasts to adapt to the constantly changing apparel ecommerce market with minimal manual inputs, and manage inventory across its EU business.

Learning algorithms constantly monitored actualised performance against the tool's forecasts, adjusting forward forecasts to achieve an eventual forecast accuracy of 96%

Our solution was able to predict over 40 billion KPIs from scratch each week, across five of Amazon's highest priority EU markets.

We leveraged data to reliably predict performance on new brand introductions with no previous history, as well as predicting which brands would be dropped, helping Amazon adapt to the sector's changes.
