What began life as an interim assortment planning tool for adidas's DTC business in China has since been enhanced and rolled out across concept stores, outlets, ecommerce and franchise stores in multiple markets globally. From the MFP through to final buy quantities, we've helped these diverse markets to standardise their processes and leverage data to help their users make better commercial decisions.

Our continuous development approach allows us to take in feedback from users and adapt to evolving business challenges to ensure the tool remains a vital part of these markets' planning process. We provided initial training in all markets and continue to provide supplemental training for new features.
